She offers compassionate and non-judgmental person-centered therapy and believes clients should have autonomy and independence to make their own decisions. Through a trauma-focused lens, she encourages clients to take control of their lives by providing her clients with necessary skills and tools to do so. She provides a safe space for clients to open up and process whatever is causing emotional distress in their lives.
