Her clients have included children, teens and their adult caregivers. She has worked with people who are adjusting to new circumstances, looking to add to or revamp current coping strategies, and improve relationships with others and themselves. Her clients have included those hoping to address anxiety, depression, past trauma, and parenting struggles. She has worked with people new to the United States, first-time college students, those from low socioeconomic status backgrounds, LGBTQ+ folks, and neurodiverse folks living with ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorders, sensory sensitivities and learning differences.
Kelly approaches therapy from a heartfelt, inclusive systems perspective that gives importance to the professional supportive relationship between the client and the therapist, as that often allows people to work through the interpersonal challenges they face in their day-to-day life. Clients can expect her to utilize mindfulness and emotion-focused strategies tailored to their goals and needs. A self-described brain nerd, she aims to continually learn new ways to help clients work with, rather than against their mind to harness natural resiliency and strength. She has been supervised in attachment theory and mentalization based therapy and offers EMDR therapy.

She accepts Aetna, Scott & White, FirstCare, Team Choice, Tricare West, and United Healthcare insurance, as well as private pay.
