Stephanie Choi has a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Spring Arbor University and has worked in mental health for over 7 years. She values giving clients hope by helping them feel less alone. By equipping her clients with strategies, Stephanie helps them to move forward with strength and confidence.
Stephanie has clinical experience working with those dealing with depression, anxiety, eating disorders, and trauma. She helps clients who are struggling with abuse, grief/loss, life transitions, relationship navigation, LGBTQIA-related matters, academic difficulties, and stress and anger management. She works from a Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) framework and is trained in EMDR. Stephanie is also certified as a Prepare/Enrich Facilitator for couples and premarital counseling.
