As a Lubbock native with more than 25 years of experience in healthcare and mental health services, I am passionate about helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with compassion, authenticity, and practical support. My professional background spans a wide range of clinical and healthcare settings, providing me with extensive experience working with diverse populations and complex emotional needs.
I utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI) to help clients build resilience, develop healthier coping strategies, and create meaningful change in their lives. My approach is collaborative, supportive, and tailored to each individual’s unique goals and experiences.
I earned both my Master of Social Work and Master of Healthcare Administration from The University of Texas at Arlington, and my Bachelor of Social Work from Lubbock Christian University. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) dedicated to providing thoughtful, client-centered care grounded in professionalism and empathy.
