Kaysen Knight, MS, LPC-Associate (supervised by Beth Robinson, LPC-S) is a compassionate and welcoming counselor who believes everyone deserves a safe, non-judgmental space to feel understood and supported. With over five years of experience in the mental health field, she enjoys working with children as young as 3 years old, as well as adolescents and adults. Kaysen creates an environment where clients feel comfortable exploring their thoughts, emotions, and goals at their own pace.
She has a passion for helping people navigate life’s challenges, including trauma, anxiety, depression, substance use and recovery, sexual abuse and trafficking, exploitation, and other mental health concerns. Kaysen uses evidence-based approaches—like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI), Person-Centered Therapy, and Narrative Exposure Therapy—to tailor counseling in a way that feels meaningful and effective for each person she works with.
Kaysen believes therapy is a collaborative journey—a place to explore what works for you, try new ways of thinking and healing, and even start fresh when needed. With compassion, encouragement, and trauma-informed care at the heart of her work, she is honored to walk alongside you on your path toward growth and healing.
