Dipti utilizes multiple therapeutic modalities and techniques to meet clients’ unique needs. She uses CBT, narrative therapy, and talk therapy to help clients integrate their experiences in life. She approaches clients by meeting them where they are with genuine acceptance. She encourages clients to develop greater self-awareness and empowers them to work towards their therapeutic goals. Her approach is nonjudgemental in equipping the client to tap into their inner potential. Dipti feels passionate about learning about and understanding her clients so that she can meet their needs based on who they are and where they are in life.
