Charli is a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) with over five years of experience in both social work and mental health. Her introduction to trauma-informed care began while working with foster youth, where she witnessed firsthand the profound resilience and capacity for healing within each individual.
She is currently pursuing independent licensure and advanced training in Complex PTSD, dissociative disorders, somatic experiencing, child and adolescent therapy, and play therapy.
Charli integrates a range of therapeutic approaches to meet each client’s unique needs, drawing from Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Narrative Therapy, attachment theory, Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI), and parts work. Her work is grounded in the understanding that trauma affects the body, brain, and nervous system, and she helps clients make sense of these internal experiences to cultivate self-compassion, grace, and healing.
Coming from a social work background, Charli approaches therapy through an ecological systems and intersectional lens, recognizing how individual experiences are shaped by broader societal systems and identities. She is neurodiversity-affirming, LGBTQ+ and gender-affirming, and kink- and poly-aware.
Charli offers both in-person and virtual sessions and sees clients ages 18 and older at our Farmers Branch location.
