Ansley is a graduate student in the Clinical Mental Health Counseling program at Texas Tech University, where she hopes to become an LPC. She started as an office manager at Phoenix Arise in 2022. Ansley plans to graduate from her Counselor Education program in May 2025.

As an undergraduate psychology student, Ansley worked as a research assistant for the TTU Department of Psychological Sciences. She worked with marginalized populations, especially those who experienced stigma. Additionally, she had the opportunity to present her research at the Southeastern Psychological Association’s 68th Annual Research Conference in South Carolina.
