Your Role
Conduct intakes and assessments under supervision
Develop treatment plans with clinical guidance
Provide therapy using evidence-based modalities
Maintain timely and accurate documentation
Participate in monthly consultation and professional development activities

What We Offer
Pay: $35–$42/hour (based on skills and experience)

Qualifications
Master’s degree in Counseling or related field
Texas LPC-Associate, MFT Associate, or MSW license (or eligibility upon hire)
Passion for trauma-informed care and a strong desire to learn
Commitment to ethical, client-centered practice

Salary
$35 – $42 per hour
