Life can be messy, overwhelming, beautiful, unexpected – and sometimes all of those things at once! You don’t have to figure it all out on your own. My goal is to create a safe space where you can show up exactly as you are, take a deep breath, and feel genuinely seen, heard, and supported in a judgment-free zone.
I received my Bachelor’s in Psychology and Social Work with a minor in Addictive Recovery from Texas Tech University and my Masters in Social Work with a concentration in Trauma and Clinical Work from the University of Denver in 2024.
I’m a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) supervised by Kathy Le, LCSW-S, who sets intention in every session. With over five years of experience in healthcare, I am thoughtful about how the environment can play a vital role in healing. I’m passionate about helping people navigate life’s challenges while discovering their strengths, building confidence, and cultivating lives that feel more authentic and fulfilling.
My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and individualized. I incorporate tools from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Internal Family Systems (IFS), depending on individual needs and desires. I believe therapy shouldn’t feel like a one-size-fits-all experience, so we’ll work together to discover what works for you.
I also believe there is room for humor, curiosity, encouragement, and hopefully a few “aha!” moments along the way. Therapy can be hard work, but it doesn’t have to feel cold, rigid, or intimidating.
Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or simply ready for something to change, I’m here to meet you where you are – with compassion and genuine excitement for the possibilities of what comes next.
Your couch or mine – we can find space to connect and meet your goals. Let’s start creating the life you want together.
