Kaysen Knight, MS, LPC-Associate (supervised by Beth Robinson, LPC-S) is a warm and compassionate counselor who is passionate about walking alongside clients of all ages in their healing journey. She earned her Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center and has been serving in the mental health field for more than five years.

Kaysen has experience working with children as young as 3, as well as adolescents and adults. She creates a safe and supportive space where clients feel heard, valued, and encouraged. Her clinical experience includes supporting individuals through substance abuse and recovery, trauma, sexual abuse and trafficking, exploitation, anxiety, depression, and other mental health challenges.

Drawing from Person-Centered Therapy, Narrative Exposure Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI), and other evidence-based approaches, Kaysen tailors therapy to each individual. She believes therapy should be both genuine and growth-focused—meeting clients where they are while gently encouraging healing and change.  With a trauma-informed and compassionate style, she empowers clients to rediscover their strengths and move toward the wholeness they deserve.
