Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive clinical intakes and ongoing assessments
- Develop and implement individualized, trauma-informed treatment plans
- Provide psychotherapy using modalities like EMDR, CBT, DBT, play therapy, etc.
- Offer crisis intervention and coordinate with outside providers as needed
- Maintain timely and compliant documentation (progress notes, plans, discharge summaries)
- Engage in monthly consultation, ongoing professional development, and clinical growth activities
Qualifications
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
- Full licensure in Texas (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, PsyD, PhD)
- Experience in trauma-informed care and diverse therapeutic modalities
- Strong communicator with cultural humility and ability to work in teams
- Competence with EHR systems and commitment to ethical/legal standards
